Shipping, Returns, & Warranties

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. During high volume times orders may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery times will vary for products on Preorder, please be sure to check product descriptions for delivery times.

All missing orders need to be reported to us within 7 business days. Lost packages are eligible for in store credit or a replacement. 

We strive to provide the best quality product with a prompt delivery, however if you are unhappy with your order please see the return policy below.

  • All unopened/unused Smol products are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

  • Due to safety liabilities any used product cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If you are missing a part for any product please reach out within 7 business days to our customer service team with your confirmation number at hello@playsmol.com

  •  Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled. We recommend double-checking the items in your cart and your contact information before finishing the checkout process. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you can do so by emailing our team at hello@playsmol.com

All Smol products are covered by a 6 month limited warranty that includes only factory defects and are only available to those who purchased the product. Those who received the product secondhand are not eligible. Think you’ve received a factory defect? File a warranty claim above.
